Why We Love It

1. Like New

What is better than a new build? A house that is just a couple of years old! Let me tell you why... You don't have to buy blinds, build a deck, or finish the basement because those things are already done. Plus, the house has already settled for the most part, which means you shouldn't see any cracks and nail pops because the builder has completed the one-year walkthrough to fix anything on the house that they originally missed!

2. Open Floor Plan

This was one of the builder's most popular floorplans, and I completely understand why! Every inch of space is thoughtfully used and the most important spaces are “open”. The perpendicular kitchen cabinets and counters sit in one corner of the house, opening to the other side that includes the spacious family room. In between is the perfect amount of space for a farmhouse table. The kitchen is so pretty, you will never want to leave it (except when its time to clean). Don’t worry, since it opens up to the family room, I am sure you will get a helping hand with the dishes!

3. Extra Spaces

Most homes are lucky to have one extra space; this house has three extra spaces. Today's homeowners want options... maybe it's a home office for you, a gamer room for the middle schooler, and a mancave to binge-watch Netflix. You'll have those options here because there is a flex space on each level of the home (including a finished room in the basement).

What You Need To Know

This house is located in what could be the hottest area of central Ohio. Located just 5 minutes south of Grove City - in the Teays Valley school district of Pickaway County - you'll find that you could save about a third on property taxes a year. As you pull up to the house, be sure to notice how big the lot is. It's a corner lot so you will have running space in the backyard and the side yard.

As you step inside, you find the home's first flex space. This room is currently being used as a home office; it could also be used as another sitting room or formal living room.

There is a half bath on your left as you continue further.

In the rear of the home is the open living room. Open living is a must for most of today's homeowners and this house does not disappoint! The living room has a 4 ft bump-out to give you even more elbow room.

I love the backyard of this home because it is a corner lot, so you only have a neighbor on one side.

The yard is completely fenced, so you don’t have to worry about chasing kids or animals!
